Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and your well-being are important to me.
My goal is to provide quality care to all my clients. Therefore, I take time to prepare myself and my space for our time together.
No-shows, late arrivals, and short-notice cancellations inconvenience other clients and make smooth planning challenging.
Of course, things come up, and unexpected delays or emergencies happen. The first time a client misses an appointment, I will make a note in your file :)
Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you hold a space on my calendar that is no longer available to my other clients. Therefore, to be respectful of others seeking help, please notify me as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment.
Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
My Policy:
Any cancellation or rescheduling made past noon the day before the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount will be equal to the booked services.
If you are more than 20 minutes late for your session, it may be challenging to have a satisfying outcome in your session in the time we have left together. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. However, I will do my best to reschedule your session for another time that is convenient for you.
Your cancellation fee may be applied to future offerings in a true, unavoidable emergency.
If a cancellation is necessary, please notify me of any changes or cancellations 24 hours before your appointment via Whatsapp at +65 90121933.
