What is Inner Relationship Focusing (IRF)?

IRF, or simply, Focusing, is a unique way of being present with yourself to connect with, explore and befriend how you feel at any given moment, whether it's emotions, feelings, pain, or a vague inner sense of an experience that is difficult to put into words.

The end of the session aims to bring you to a calmer, more coherent state to map your next steps.
