Are you happy?
I mean truly happy.
No?
THEN THIS IS FOR YOU.
Most of us keep looking for happiness on the outside.
We’re explorers of the world around us, but what about our inner world?
We believe that life needs to be a certain way so we can be happy. And of course, life isn’t always buttercups and sunshine. Happiness – lost and hard to find again.
Lasting happiness cannot be achieved by rationalizing our feelings as most of us do these days. Rather, we find lasting happiness when we learn to be in harmony with the flow of our emotions.
Lasting happiness cannot be found on the outside. Lasting happiness has a lot to do with the quality of our thoughts, how we feel about ourselves, and whether we’re living our purpose.
The harmony we create within ourselves influences the quality of action we take, and that’s the life we create.
This course has found its way to an explorer like you because…
You’ve lost the sense of who you are and you have become someone who you are not.
You painfully try to fulfill other people’s expectations and throw away what makes you unique.
You’re loaded with resentment, fear, hopelessness, and unworthiness.
You feel burdened or overwhelmed by your feelings and don’t know how to manage them because you’ve been taught not to express them.
You keep finding yourself in the same old rut, with the same old behaviours, and the same unwanted results.
You’ve struggled with anxiety or overwhelming sadness without any long-lasting solutions.
You’re reeling from the pain of loss.
You want to begin the process of healing from your trauma.
Learn ways to explore and navigate your inner world and live a happier life.
What is Inner Relationship Focusing?
I briefly list 11 key benefits of practising Inner Relationship Focusing in this 5-minute video.
You can watch the full 15-minute video in my YouTube channel HERE.
-
IRF, or Inner Relationship Focusing, is a unique way of being present with yourself to connect with, explore and befriend how you feel at any given moment, whether it's emotions, feelings, pain, or a vague inner sense of an experience that is difficult to put into words.
As you learn to relate to yourself with more acceptance and compassion, you will discover that everything within you wants you to love yourself and live your best life.
-
Guided by your body response/awareness and an inner sense, you develop a valuable relationship with “something felt” within. This connection is essential to be able to listen beyond the surface story for new meaning and new insights. With some practice, you will be able to detach from old patterns, stuck feelings, and limiting beliefs and live life with more clarity, appreciation, gratitude, love and confidence.

The skills you learn in this workshop ‘The Art of Being with Yourself’ help you develop a compassionate, curious, and non-judgmental attitude towards yourself and life. This path is worth exploring if other therapies have felt too intense or didn’t bring the desired results.
The step-by-step process teaches you a life-long skill that you can apply to find answers to any mental, emotional, physical, or spiritual issue in life.
Regular practice of this process is the foundation for a life where you are in charge of making decisions and directing your own path that's full of meaning, fulfillment, and love. Therein lies opportunities to explore and follow your passions.

What participants are saying:
“I learned to look deeper”
— Plamena | Singapore
“Organized self-care”
— Shanni | Singapore
“In the face of emotionally difficult moments, Antoinette communicated an unhurried connectedness and calm, which I found crucial for keeping the creative process open. And because of her capacity to deftly manage both the content of sessions and the time boundaries, I was free to dive in. Finally, even when challenging me, her offerings and invitations had a humanness that I felt even through our remote format.”
— Brian E. MD Dipl, ABPN | USA
“Unhurried connectedness”
“Focusing enables me to discover my own inner landscape, and uncover my many layers. With Ms Antoinette's experienced and effective guidance, I am able to unhinge and embrace all the me whom I had not given attention to. Thereby I now understand why I would feel in a certain way in certain situations, and certainly understand how it impacts my life.”
— Sandy | Singapore
“Uncover my many layers”
"The Focusing course has been very useful in helping me identify and recognize all these parts of myself that have different and at times conflicting needs. Prior to the course, it was either "I am" or "I am not" and that would inevitably invite me to judge or avoid judging myself. Through this course, I have learned to acknowledge and accept all these different parts and to at least try to listen to them.
— Grace | Singapore
“Accept all these different parts”
“I have felt a deep shift, a release. In addition, I now have the necessary tools for certain emotional situations if needed. Focusing is gentle, yet I found it to be a deep healing modality.”
— Jean M. | USA
