LETTERS TO HEAL THE SELF
The objective of this exercise is to provide a space where you can connect with both the hurt and healed parts of yourself through a letter.
Writing a letter addressed to yourself can be a cathartic and healing experience. It allows you to parse through and process emotions that can seem like muddled thoughts in your mind. It also empowers you to take control of the present and let the struggling version of you know that everything is going to be okay.
Anything you write will be confidential and only shared with your permission. Should you want to share your letter with the community, it will look something like this.
